Before preparing any proposal, we need to gain a thorough understanding of your project's context and overall vision. Whilst the contact form gives us an initial overview, this conversation, which typically lasts around 60 minutes, allows us to explore aspects that are difficult to communicate through written responses alone and ensures we have the insight needed to define the project's scope with precision.
During this meeting, we explore your project's priorities, potential challenges, long-term ambitions, and other factors that may influence the decisions made throughout the creative process. We also discuss considerations that rarely emerge through an initial enquiry form but are often essential in shaping a proposal that genuinely reflects your business objectives.
Our goal is to ensure that no significant detail is overlooked from the outset, allowing every proposal to be built on a comprehensive understanding of your needs rather than assumptions. This conversation also enables us to confirm that your project and our way of working are the right fit before moving forward to the next stage.

This session costs $300 USD + (VAT). After completing the form and validating project compatibility, you will receive the booking link. This initial investment will be fully credited toward your final project fee; however, please note this fee is non-refundable should you decide not to continue.

Following the session, we'll prepare a bespoke proposal tailored to your project's needs.
Once approved, you'll receive your service agreement and initial payment link. From there, you'll gain exclusive access to your Client Portal, where your project officially begins.
